If an item is lost or damaged in transit please let us know immediatly and we will file a claim with UPS or USPS and issue a refund or send a replacement once the claim is settled.

Shipping is free within the US. Orders are shipped from Tustin, CA via UPS Ground or USPS First Class Mail, when applicable. Please allow 1-3 business days after your order is placed for packaging and shipment. Tracking information will be provided via email upon shipment.

Receipts are emailed at the time you place your order and are not included in packages to save paper. If you didn’t save your receipt and need a copy, please contact us, and we can email a copy to you upon request.
